Vaibhav graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi in 2010 and has more than a decade’s experience working with several eminent and renowned individual practitioners and law firms in Delhi.

Vaibhav has worked extensively in various areas of law including niche areas of practice like Competition law, Environment law, and Electricity law.

As Of Counsel with TKC Partners, Vaibhav regularly advises and leads on Regulatory Compliance matters for domestic and international companies.

Vaibhav is an excellent negotiator, and an expert in Labour law, Compliances & Audits, as well as a key asset for liasoning with various government agencies on behalf of Clients. 

Vaibhav is empanelled with several Public Service undertakings and other institutions, including the BDA, the Govt. Of Uttar Pradesh & Gautam Buddha University (A Govt. of U.P. undertaking) as counsel in the Supreme Court and NCDRF.
