Adarsh is a Partner and part of the senior leadership at TKC. He brings a rich experience of over 16 years in criminal litigation and has worked extensively on white collar crime and private client practice. 

With a law degree from ILS Law College, Adarsh has rich legal consulting experience with various public and private bodies, including the National Human Rights Commission, the Union of India and multi-national companies such as Tata Steel Ltd and Vedanta Ltd. Having served as a Partner (Litigation) at O.P Khaitan and Co., Adarsh proficiently handled cases in numerous courts and judicial forums across the country. 

His wide arena of exposure includes representing clients in criminal proceedings for offences under Indian Penal Code, under special statutes: Prevention of Corruption Act (“PC” Act), Prevention of Money Laundry Act (“PMLA”), Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (“NDPS”), Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 (“POSCO”), Black Money Act, Domestic Violence Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act and on matters investigated by special Agencies like Economic Offences Wing (“EOW”), Enforcement Directorate (“ED”), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (“DRI”) and Central Bureau of Investigation (“CBI”).

Adarsh also regularly devotes time to pro bono matters before the Supreme Court of India and works closely with the Radhey Krishna Legal Aid Foundation, an NGO that operates for the aid and benefit of residents of Tihar Jail.
