Lubna Naaz read for a B.A. LL.B. (Honors) from Chanakya National Law University. She is an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India with over 11 years of experience in litigation and legal advisory. Starting her career under the tutelage of esteemed Senior Counsel in the Supreme Court of India, Lubna went on to build a healthy independent practice in the Hon’ble Supreme Court and Delhi High Court, working on many notable legal proceedings including matters relating to the forceable displacement of 50,000 people in Haldwani, Uttrakhand; Kerala Minority Scholarships; Capitation Fees; Section 6A of Citizenship Act; Karnataka Hijab matter, etc.

Along with her deep body of experience with Constitutional Law and Civil Liberties before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Lubna also specializes in Alternate Dispute Resolution and has been appearing as an arguing counsel in matters before various High Courts and Tribunals pan—India.
