Mohit Kochhar is a distinguished alumnus of Amity Law School, GGSIPU, where he earned his BA. LLB. Hons. degree. With over seven years of experience, Mohit brings a wealth of multifaceted legal expertise to our Dispute Resolution team, having worked extensively in the areas of Civil and Commercial Litigation, Defamation, Family Laws, Banking Laws, Arbitration, and Labour Laws.

As a valued member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association, Mohit upholds a philosophy rooted in dedication, integrity, and compassion. His legal acumen is reflected in his ability to secure breakthrough orders in complex defamation cases.

After graduating from Amity Law School, New Delhi (GGSIPU), Tejaswini has worked extensively with various offices on in areas of Arbitration and Conciliation, International Commercial Arbitration, Trademarks, Copyrights, Companies Act, PMLA.

As a part of the Dispute Resolution Team, Tejaswini appears and assists regularly in matters before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts and various Tribunals. Apart from her experience before the Courts, Tejaswini also contributes substantially with her research and drafting skills, and her one-on-one Client interactions.

Hamza, a law graduate with Honours from Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, serves as part of the Corporate Team and assists the Firm's partners in various matters in the field of corporate contract drafting, negotiations, structuring, and general advisory. Hamza also works extensively with the Dispute Resolution Team where he regularly assists with civil matters related to public authorities and governmental departments, before the Hon'ble Delhi High Court and district courts.

Being a practicing Advocate, he is enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi. With the mantra to succeed, he ensures that he approaches with the right desire to accomplish and bring closures in the right manner to tasks aligned to him.

After completing his Bachelors in Economics (H) in 2016, Abhishek received his LLB in 2019 with a Gold Medal. Prior to joining the Firm, Abhishek contributed his knowledge and efforts to actualise India’s first ever Digital Lok Adalat for the State Legal Services Authorities of the states of Rajasthan and Maharashtra. In his role as Legal Researcher with the Delhi State Legal Service Authority, Abhishek not only advocated for legal awareness in society, but also explored innovative ideas to support marginalised communities.

As part of the Dispute Resolution team Abhishek makes significant contributions thanks to his finely tuned research skills, his diligent work ethic, and his unending interest in learning and expanding his understanding of the law.

A graduate of Amity University, Noida, Shreya Yadav is a driven professional with a passion for law. She is a part of the Dispute Resolution Team, with her primary focus on civil and commercial matters, where she utilises her expertise to navigate complex legal issues and find effective solutions for the Firm’s clients.

As a professional, Shreya prides herself on being a combination of a smart worker, a hard worker, and a dedicated individual.
