Samer Vikramaditya Talwar graduated from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad and enrolled with the Bar in 2010. He went on to work with some of the most eminent law firms of India including AZB and Partners and Agarwal Law Associates, before co-founding TKC Partners LLP.

Samer specializes in mergers & acquisitions, venture capital and private equity funding, real estate, corporate advisory, and anti-trust & competition law, and has advised and represented several Fortune 500 companies.

With over a decade of experience Samer has assisted private equity and hedge funds on their investment strategies and on foreign direct investment (FDI) and fund formation. He has also advised several entities on their India-entry strategy and subsequent investment strategies and transaction structures. Samer has advised and assisted several clients, domestic as well as multinational, in oil & natural gas, media and publications, information technology, the automotive industry, defense, infrastructure, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, aeronautics, aviation, education (including Ed. Tech.), telecom, domestic and international banking, and Non Banking Financial sectors. More recently he has advised startups in blockchain, gaming, and cryptography.
